Great service and always great food. The health inspector was walking in right as I was paying for my order, but the employees did a good job getting my to-go order prepared. Never had a problem once calling in an order.
I order from two different locations often. Today I ordered through GrubHub and I did not get white sauce, even though my receipt says white sauce. It’s very disappointing because I don’t want to eat the food without the white sauce. Do better
I usually DoorDash. For the second time in a row, my sauces were left out so I called the store and the manager drove them to my building personally, at his insistence. If it’s not perfect, it will be. That’s exceptional service.
Hibachi take-out style setting. Meat is tasty and veggies are fresh. If the fried rice made with egg will be perfect, but overall, the food is great. Just fyi, the dumplings are not steamed or pan fried. They are fried like the Korean style.
Yummy!!! That’s where I’ll start! I’m original from SC and I’ve been trying to find a restaurant here in NC that’s similar to my favorite hibachi place in my hometown. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was everything I expected! Although it’s not exactly the same, it’s close enough and made my tummy smile. I’ll be a returning customer for sure! (I’m a white sauce lover and felt I didn’t need it for this meal so that’s a plus plus!)
